I take part in running, swimming, mountain climbing and some simple indoor sports. I have fixed physical exercise schedule with my family every week.Good health is the premise to ensure the efficient operation of work and life. I will also make use of the fragmented time. Sports clothes are what I wear most in daily life.In the 1950s, Tsinghua University put forward the slogan of “Fifty years of Work for the health of the motherland”.Physical exercise is not only a personal matter, but also connected with the small family and the country.Every one of us should love sports, strengthen our body, sharpen our will, and work better for the health of our motherland.Beijing News: Which Winter Olympics events and athletes do you follow?Liu Li: I prefer short track speed skating and relay events. Our athletes have achieved very good results in this event.At the 21st Vancouver Winter Olympic Games in 2010, Wang Meng won three gold MEDALS in women’s short track speed skating (500 meters, 1,000 meters and relay), breaking the world record, becoming the first Chinese athlete to win three gold MEDALS in a single Winter Olympic Games. The Chinese team also swept all four gold MEDALS in women’s short track speed skating in this Winter Olympic Games.Wu Dajing broke the world record and won the men’s 500m short track speed skating final at the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics, giving China its first gold medal at the Games.These ice and snow projects are very similar to what we do.A judicial worker should not only have his own unique strengths, but also have good teamwork ability.
